Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[02/17/2011] Our experience with pc/mrp was doomed for failure from the outset. I think they had a good product in the 80's & 90's, but I don't feel they have kept up with advancements in technology. Though the initial price is the lowest I reveiwed, we ended up spending over three times that amount after extensive training due to the clunky, outdated system and network support because it was not compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2. They did not want to support their product and charge $95/hr for their packages. This type of system should come with a minimum of 6 months support on the front end...not 30 days.
For today's "Windows" users, the program is antiquated and not intuitive. you can not have multiple windows open at once and you have to close one section to reference information in another section. The reports are not customizable unless you are familiar with FoxPro, so you have to pay for report or screen layout changes.
