Sharing Data With QuickBooks

Export donor and gift information without re-entering data. Exceed! Basic integrates with QuickBooks in the following ways: Exceed! Basic gift, pledge, and membership dues are tied to the appropriate QuickBooks Accounts and Classes; donors are exported to the QuickBooks Customer list; addresses stored in QuickBooks are updated with information stored in Exceed! Basic, transactions are created for all donation activities.

Technical Support

30 days of phone, fax and email support are included with the initial purchase of Exceed! Basic. Annual support contract activation includes phone, fax and email support for a period of one year from activation. All upgrades and fixes released within this period will be available at no charge. Discounts on classroom and on-site training with current support contract. Support hours are Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) except for national holidays.
