How does it work?
The B2BGateway EDI ASN Wizard extracts 90% of the Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) data from the Invoice. The Wizard asks the end user for the remaining information; how was it shipped, how much did it weigh, etc.

Why do I need this?
Many organizations require you to send an ASN if you want to do business with them. Just like many require EDI, many who require EDI also require the ASN document. B2BGateway makes sending an ASN simple.

No, the ASN wizard is a FREE add on program that integrates with QuickBooks. You do need to pay a reasonable fee to use B2BGateway, for forwarding the ASNs to your trading partner, but the Wizard is FREE!
