Can I post deposits to more than one bank account?
Yes. The Owner has a place that allows you to choose which bank account to post rent receipts to, You can choose any bank account or undeposited funds. For Trust accounting you would set up a main back account and then a sub bank account for each owner.

Does MyProp create checks for Owners? also does it do 1099's?
MyProp creates checks for owners draws, Property Manageent fees and security deposit refunds. And yes it does send data to QuickBooks to do 1099's.
