Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/13/2005] Our company was looking for a way to keep everything in QuickBooks. It seems like every time we use a web site or other software, we end up with information in two or three places. I had to ask two questions on the support forums to get ShipRush working, but that was it. The program does what the web site said (see the video at the ShipRush web site). It is fast and easy to use. We use it for FedEx and UPS.

[01/11/2005] I needed to get shipping working right on three PCs in the office. We have the scale that connects to the computer, and print labels for about an hour each afternoon until the pickup. ShipRush cut the time we spend printing labels, and the whole process is pretty easy now. ShipRush has paid for itself many times over.

[04/22/2004] I would recommend this program add on for anyone who ships even 10 packages a day. We used FedEx online and found it to be slow sometimes and also the user interface with FedEx online could be better designed. My only caveat with using the program is that while the UPS version supports multi package shipments, the FedEx version makes you do a separate shipment for each box. I am told that this feature will be implemented in the summer of 2004. Let's hope that actually happens though! The sales reps are very nice and helpful, and when we had a few installation problems we got great support - even before we actually bought the application. Well worth the $$.

[05/08/2003] ShipRush for FedEx was easy to install and works flawlessly with our version of QuickBooks 2002 basic. This software has helped us streamline our operation by reducing time-consuming data entry that was required before we found ShipRush. Once we generate the invoice, we just click on the ShipRush icon, add the package weight and dimensions and ShipRush prints the label. After the label prints, ShipRush then displays a window that contains the shipping information including the tracking number. We copy this information (one-click) and paste (one-click) to the invoice. We then, via QuickBooks, e-mail our customer a copy of the invoice with the tracking information right on their invoice. Easy to reprint labels if the printer fails or to delete a shipment/labels if a mistake is discovered. Thanks to ShipRush, we now have more time available to devote to other aspects of our business. Great price, great product, and great service.

[09/18/2002] Shiprush for Fedex and UPS have helped our small businesss tremendously!
It has allowed us to strreamline our operations by printing our shipping labels and
putting the tracking number for the shipment directly on the invoice. We then send
the invoice via QuickBooks. the result is we no longer have have customers calling
about their shipment status. If the customer does call then it is easy to track
their shipments.
In short this program has helped us save time and money.
I would recommend this product to any business who needs to streamline
operations and get on the fast track.
