What are the benefits of using the AMMO Accounting Interface with QuickBooks®?
You will be able to keep the details of your business and many accounting procedures in AMMO, while maintaining the financial report and payroll capabilities in QuickBooks®. AMMO does not copy any of these items (Invoices, Bills, Checks Written, etc.) to an identical item in QuickBooks. Instead AMMO writes transactions to the General Journal in QuickBooks. AMMO keeps a reference in each item to its corresponding QuickBooks journal entry.
How does the AMMO Accounting Interface write to QuickBooks®?
The AMMO Accounting Interface is a module that writes directly to your QuickBooks file. To use this interface, you perform some simple configuration and validation procedures; then AMMO takes care of the rest. On a periodic basis, which you determine, you instruct AMMO to write to (synchronize with) QuickBooks.
How often do you need to synchronize with QuickBooks®?
You can synchronize with QuickBooks® as frequently as you like. We recommend that you do it on a daily basis (but at least on a weekly basis).
What are the advantages of using AMMO?
AMMO eliminates repetitive office work with single data entry, as well as putting a virtual filing cabinet at your fingertips. Shop managers will find that AMMO gives them complete documentation of the entire production process of every product at every stage. AMMO gives CEO's the ability to have a snapshot overview of their company, with the click of a button, at any point in time.
