Sharing Data With QuickBooks
When Fishbowl Inventory is initially installed, all of your current data is brought over from QuickBooks using the Configuration Wizard. From that point on, Fishbowl takes over all the non-accounting functions such as POs, SOs, inventory control, Manufacturing, etc. (QuickBooks handles the invoicing, although invoices can also be printed in Fishbowl). As transactions are completed in Fishbowl, the necessary accounting changes are posted to QuickBooks.

Training Period
The training period gives you unlimited email, chat and phone support for your first 2 to 6 weeks (depending on the number of user licenses purchased. Additional training may be purchased.
Unlimited Call-in support
After the training period, you have unlimited phone support for calls up to ten minutes with a current M & S contract (calls that exceed ten minutes will use an incident).
Incidents
An incident is any support call that exceeds ten minutes. Each Fishbowl Inventory package comes with a specified number of incidents. Additional incidents may be purchased.
Web-based Training
Web-based training hours can be used for setup, problem solving, or touring Fishbowl Inventory's many features. The number of training hours vary depending on the number of user licenses purchased, and you may purchase additional hours.
Tech Support Pricing
One year of phone support and technical upgrades may be purchased for $1,995 for the 5-user version, $3,495 for the 10-user version, $6,295 for the 20-user version and $795 for the single user.
