Sharing Data With QuickBooks
When Fishbowl Inventory is initially installed, all of your current data is brought over to Fishbowl using our Configuration Wizard (we will even step you through it if you wish). From then on Fishbowl takes over all the non-accounting functions such as POs, SOs, inventory control, Manufacturing, etc. (QuickBooks handles the invoicing, although invoices can also be printed in Fishbowl). As transactions are completed in Fishbowl, the necessary accounting changes are posted to QuickBooks.

Incidents: Incidents are used on issues that require a call to our technical support line that takes longer than ten minutes to resolve. A five user purchase comes with five incident resolutions and a ten user purchase receives eight. Each additional incident resolution may be obtained for $75/resolution.
Training Videos: Fishbowl offers scores of free training videos to get you up and running with your processes set up in the best way possible, as quickly as possible.

One year of phone support and technical upgrades may be purchased for $1,495 for the 5-user version, $2,495 for the 10-user version, $4,495 for the 20-user version and $595 for the single user.
