Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Realtrac's integration with QuickBooks eliminates duplicate data entry. Existing QuickBooks customer and vendor information is downloaded into Realtrac. Thereafter, when Realtrac customer invoices and vendor purchase orders are posted, duplicate invoices and purchase orders are automatically created in QuickBooks, updating Accounts Receivable and Customer / Vendor information.

Realtrac offers several implementation and training options.
1. Realtrac regional field engineers provide online web conference installation and training.
2. On-site installation and training is also available.
3. Realtrac's unique Quick Start program allows users to be operational within a few hours of delivery of the software.
4. Advanced training is available through web conferencing.
Software upgrades, toll free telephone and e-mail technical support are provided at no charge for the first year. Continuing support is available through an annual support plan or pay per incident.
An annually updated User's Guide and matching product help system are available for specific product questions. Users may also access an on-line help system that includes a Getting Started Tutorial.
