Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Realtrac's integration with QuickBooks eliminates duplicate data entry. Existing QuickBooks customer and vendor information is downloaded into Realtrac. Thereafter, when Realtrac customer invoices and vendor purchase orders are posted, duplicate invoices and purchase orders are automatically created in QuickBooks, updating Accounts Receivable and customer / vendor information.

1. Realtrac regional field engineers provide on-site installation and training.
2. A no charge two day training class for new users.
3. Self implementation with Realtrac's unique Quick Start program.
4. Advanced training is available on-site or through web conferencing.
Software upgrades, toll free telephone and e-mail technical support are provided at no charge for the first year. Continuing support is available through an annual support plan or pay per incident.
A tutorial based printed User's Guide with a CD Guided Tour is issued with each new release. Users may also access an on-line help system that includes a Getting Started Tutorial.
