The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Realtrac and Quickbooks

[05/17/2011] Our company uses Realtrac for tracking most of the daily operations like employee time, scheduling, invoicing, and job costing and uses Quickbooks to manage the accounting aspects of the business. As the Office Manager/Bookkeeper, I’m very pleased with the transition time and integration between the two softwares. Exporting from Realtrac to Quickbooks is quick and efficient and makes for more effective and accurate accounting. On the rare occasion an issue does occur Realtrac support is knowledgeable and resourceful to finding a quick solution with minimal disruption in operations.

A Real Asset in Managing the Shop

[05/11/2011] I’ve been using REALTRAC for a number of years with two different companies. The first was a
larger company and now with a smaller company that I started. In both cases, REALTRAC has
been a real asset in managing the shop. The real-time data collection provides real time snapshots
of what is happening on the floor, along with the status of all jobs in process and associated costs.
It integrates well with Quickbooks and allows me to export data to Excel to prepare custom
reports. Over the years it has kept up with operating system changes and various network
configurations. The system is very reliable and once running requires little support. Whenever I
need support it is readily available and has been consistently good.

[05/05/2011] We purchased this product in 2005. At that time we were using many different spreadsheets to track time, costs, job routings etc. along with financial software for purchasing, invoicing, payroll etc. Realtrac allowed us to combine all these functions into one product with only web conference training. We were able install, train, & get everyone here using the product very rapidly (about one week). The Quickbooks integration was mainly painless with vey little assistance (phone assistance) from Realtracs QuickBooks specialist. Integrated nicely. We use this product for all aspects of our business. Our employees at most time are logged on to multiple jobs & machines at the same time with no problem which provides us with accurate labor reporting & costing. This is a great product that takes very little time to learn even for our people that weren't computer literate. The return on this product has been exponential & we have no regrets on this investment.

[05/02/2011] I have been using Realtrac for quite a few years. If used correctly the software is effecient & has been a great tool for our Company. Realtrack has been shown to be beneficial from quoting, tracking cycle times, scheduling and invoicing. They have recently added a new feature that has made exporting quicker & much more efficient. Any issues that may have come up with the software the technical support was quick to help us resolve the problem.

[01/12/2011] This software is horrible. It doesn't interface with Quickbooks... and if it does the Tech Support team has never been able to figure out why I can't. So I just gave up and just duplicate my work. RealTrac is a glorified form maker. It doesn't give you charts to show what the production floor looks like. And your machinist cannot run more than one machine at a time... it doesn't know how to allocate time.
