Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Shoptech can import your base information from QuickBooks such as: G/L Accounts, Terms Codes, Parts, Customers, Vendors, Sales Reps, Customer Types, Ship Via and Employees. After the initial import, all of your daily transactions of A/R, A/P and Time and Attendance Transactions go right from E2 over to QuickBooks. During these processes, if new Customers, Vendors, Parts etc., were created in E2, they are automatically created in QuickBooks.
