[01/24/2011]  The ability for AR and AP transactions, which are very easy to enter and easy to track in E2, to sync to QuickBooks is one of the reasons we purchased E2 as we wanted to continue using QuickBooks for our financial record keeping as it is so easy to use and flexible. We do use the comments section of the AP invoice in E2 to record the PO# and receipt# as these do not sync to QuickBooks.

[12/10/2010]  We use the E2 System for our manufacturing business and are very pleased with how well it works with Quickbooks. We mainly purchased it to keep track of our orders and for the job costing feature, but now utilize every function except for the AP option. The E2 tech support is also great, they are very knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend this system to any small to mid-size business.

E2 Shop System & Quickbooks Sync with Ease!

[11/18/2010]  We have been using the E2 Shop System for over 6 years. We have been very pleased with the software and ease of tracking orders, labor costs, job times, and much more. We use Quickbooks for our accounting and they are very easy to sync. We are very pleased with how well they work together. E2 has definitely helped us stay organized and on track.

[10/14/2010]  We have been using E2 in our machine shop since 2004. Initially, the software was extremely easy to install and even simpler to use. We us E2 to track our time/attendance, data collection, purchasing, and both customer and vendor invoices. We also use the Quickbook integration software to sync our vendor/customer invoices from E2 to Quickbooks. Shoptech has always sent timely software updates and their service has been exceptional. E2 has definitely helped to streamline our business.
