Back in LiteningFast, select the estimate you want, if it's not already selected. Click the QuickBooks button and wait a couple of moments. LiteningFast will tell you when the update is complete. Depending on the speed of your PC and the size of the estimate, this will take from 30 seconds to 3 - 4 minutes.
