[01/22/2009] B2BGateway is Great! The support is incredible. I can always contact my Support Engineer (Brian) to get help or to simply ask a question. B2BGateway Support Packing Slips, they support EDIFact (auto industry), and they are less expensive than the "Free" the other company was advertising.
B2BGateway has been supporting QuickBooks EDI forever. I highly recommend B2BGateway for QuickBooks Enterprise!!

[05/22/2007] We have been using Shannon Systems B2BGateway for years. I never realized that there was a place to write a review, or I would have written it sooner. The Staff at B2BGateway is wonderful, someone always answers the phone, (usually the support engineer assigned to my project) and everyone is helpful.
We hardly ever have EDI issues, but sometimes the buyer will order an item that doesn't exist. When that happens, the staff at B2B is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
We originally had one trading partner, but over the years we have setup 5 more. This setup process has been prompt, simple and inexpensive, (compared to the EDI system that we used before B2B).
B2B has continued to evolve this product. Just this past year, they rolled a newer and simpler product to use. Now a pop up tells you that there are orders for you. I highly recommend this EDI solution for QuickBooks Enterprise.

[04/19/2007] B2BGateway EDI and QuickBooks, has made our business a reality. Thanks so much. You guys are so awesome to work with!
With B2BGateway, there is no “keying of orders”. Data is simply received into our QuickBooks and the Purchase Orders are automatically sorted and sent to the proper manufacturer.
We never could have done the kind of volume that we do without B2BGateway. Starting a business is tough enough, but being unable to grow the business, without costs eating up profits, is very very difficult.
B2BGateway enabled us to increase the business without increasing staff. And, the price we pay for B2BGateway is about 1/2 of the salary for one order entry person.

[01/17/2007] b2b gateway is an excellent EDI source. They manage to get a person with absolutely no EDI experience thru the process. This is no small accomplishment. There is always someone there you can talk to even if your rep is not available someone will help you. They not only provide service for all the EDI required documents but also UCC128 and any number of other helpful documents such as packing slips and various helpful reports.

We have really been shown great customer service and their linking with QuickBooks is smooth and integrates well. [01/13/2006] We are a small company that sells Hard goods items to Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Lowes. We needed EDI to take the orders and to let our Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider know to ship the goods.
The team from B2BGateway was great, friendly and efficient. They linked us to the 3 retailers and our 3PL for $1200. All within 2 weeks.
B2BGateway was way better than we could have imagined. When we complimented them, they just said, "Thanks, that's what we do."
We highly recommend B2BGateway!

[01/13/2006] I thought EDI was going to cost a fortune and be a big headache to setup. Boy, I was wrong!
B2BGateway simply asked who we would like to be setup with and when. That's it! Oh, we provide the vendor number, but that is all we had to do.
5 trading partners setup in 2 weeks. Other companies told me it couldn't be done and were going to charge a LOT more money. These guys are the best!

The staff is extremely helpful (and patient!) and always available whenever we need them. I would recommend B2B as an EDI solution for anyone!

[04/05/2004] Although we loved the product, we never thought to give a review. At the Request of B2BGateway, we are reviewing their product.
Before B2B, EDI was difficult, plagued by problems and very expensive. Although we have a technical staff they did not do EDI Mapping everyday, so when a problem happened it was big.
With B2B, we don't even have to think about EDI. The staff at Shannon Systems/B2B takes care of all our EDI needs so we can focus on processing orders, not getting them from some computer system.
During our setup there were 2 people dedicated to our account, one for business issues (Tracy) and one for technical issues (Steven). The support they gave us and continue to provide is superb.
I highly recommend B2BGateway as the best EDI solution I have ever heard of.

We receive quite a few orders for about $150 per month. So, we have hired a whole EDI department for $1800 per year!

[04/25/2003] We just connected QuickBooks Enterprise Edition to Costco for orders and invoicing at 1/3 the price of other EDI vendors, even though we had "special needs" and a very short time frame. We were up and running in four days, with the majority of that time waiting for the designated test service for Costco to respond to our submissions.
We had a tech assigned to us who baby-sat the installation and testing. When I had a question or needed help she was available almost immediately. She handled the communication about settings and protocols with Costco, so I didn't have to. They really understand that if something new comes up while you are live, you need help in minutes from someone who can solve the problem and knows your installation, not just a web site to browse or a help desk person reading from a standard script. When we said that Costco orders the same item number for all its divisions but really wants a different product sent to a selected division, they found a way to do it instead of asking us to change the dictates from our customer.
The product is very simple to install and use. If what you want is to receive purchase orders into QuickBooks and send notifications and invoices back to your customers with the click of a button it couldn't be easier or better. It has easily maintained customer tables, item code translation tables and such which we could change to provide flexibility, but these were set for us during the installation and don't get in the way. Even our customer service rep that hates change and deep down is afraid of computers took one look at how it worked and said "OK, I can do it." We also sell to Sam’s and Wal*Mart through their web-based system and it is a whole lot harder to use.
If you have a computer staff and want to use EDI to the fullest, this system probably is not for you. But in that case, you probably wouldn't be using QuickBooks. A PC user comfortable with QuickBooks and not afraid to do something new if talked through the steps will have no trouble understanding, installing and then using the EDI program.
The program does what we need, and the service and support makes it easy for a small to mid-size company to connect to national customers or vendors.

[01/29/2003] I have been through EDI projects before, they have been long, expensive and difficult.
B2BGateway was quick, cheap and simple. Their support has been great, I can call my tech person directly and they actually answer the phone!
All I had to do was give B2BGateway our point of contact info for each company, and they took care of the rest. All the setup, all testing and troubleshooting was done by them.
With B2BGateway, we got EDI working for $1000 dollars! (compare that to the $10,000 to $15,000 prices from other companies!)

[08/02/2002] We are a small startup company who needed a quick and easy EDI solution. For A TOTAL OF $1000 WE ARE TRADING with all the above companies.
With EDI thru B2B we click one button to get our incoming orders. Then we click one button to import to QuickBooks. The orders go into QuickBooks and are ready to be invoiced.
Now here is the really Cool part... B2BGateway sends a PO to us for import, AND AT THE SAME TIME sends a "Human Readable" PO to our fulfillment center.
Orders are being picked and imported into QuickBooks literally minutes after the order is placed at Wal-Mart.
This Product is fantastic! The B2BGateway support staff walked us through the entire setup and first few orders!!
Since we needed EDI, we originally thought we were going to have to buy a more expensive product than QuickBooks. With this B2BGateway product, we were able to use QuickBooks and are very happy.

[05/07/2002] We needed to do EDI with Wal-Mart. Shannon Systems/B2BGateway took care of everything to get us trading with Wal-Mart in less than a week.
The EDI thru B2BGateway software was installed on our system by B2BGateway employees over the phone. It is very easy to use, I just import my orders and export my invoices. I don't have to type at all!
B2BGateway has taken all of the hassles and most of the expense out of the EDI process. We pay them a pretty small monthly fee and they completely take care of everyting. I highly recommend their product!!

[04/09/2002] We are a small company that needed an EDI solution. Conventional EDI soluitons were about $20,000 to $30,000 which we could not afford. With B2BGateway we spent a total of $1000 for setup and were up and running in a couple of days.
Orders are imported into QuickBooks and Invoices are exported out. We don't have to type anything!
B2BGateway support worked with our client to set the whole process up, we didn't have to do anything! Now the orders roll in!
These guys are great, I hope our competition doesn't find out about them.
