The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

There is no Better EDI solution for QuickBooks

[07/13/2011] We are a midsized company that sells products to Walmart, Kmart, Target and 12 other large format retailers. We originally signed up to use the other EDI provider, but the setup process went terrible and we switched to B2B.
With B2B the process was clear, well defined and they were professionals who completed the project when they said they would. There were no suprises and no additional fees.
Yes... the people at B2B asked me to write this, but I wouldn't write it if I didn't believe it. To simplify my review, B2B does what they say they are going to do.

[01/18/2011] This product is great! Yeah, it sounds like a schill, but it really is great. B2B has been workgin with QuickBooks for years so they really know what they are doing. Their "Support Engineers" are great and take the time to listen.
Best of all, everything is automatic!! We were nervous at first but once we tested it we just let our orders go righth into QuickBooks Enterprise. Invoices and other documents go right out. WE have saved a huge amount of money on order entry staff and we have NO Mistakes.
We needed a quick setup prior to Cyber Monday, (we sell dog products on Amazon) and B2B got everything done in a very short time.
We thought EDI was going to be a horrible experience, but with B2B it has been great.

[02/22/2010] B2BGateway had all my EDI running in like a week!
We are a small but growing pet products company, we sell to Petco and PetSmart via EDI but we also buy from manufacturers via EDI. So, we needed POs and Invoice to be both inbound and outbound. B2B can get this done.
