How much is your service?
After your initial $300 setup fee and a $300 setup fee for your trading partner, you pay only $79 a month plus about 5 cents per line item (SKU) of data. (Line items are the actual SKUs on a PO or invoice).

How fast can I get setup?
In an optimal situation, with all the data in place and all parties ready to test; it should take about 2 hours. However, in the real world, with scheduling for all parties and gathering data it usually takes about 2 days.

Do I have to re-type the data into a web page?
NO, B2BGateway is a FULLY integrated and a FULLY managed solution. Your orders are simply and automatically import into QuickBooks. Invoices, are automatically extracted fro Quickbooks. We take care of getting all of your transactions to and from your trading partner.

What happens if the trading partner changes standards, adds a documentor changes something on their system, do I have to pay for setup again?
Nope, B2BGateway is fully managed. Your monthly fee covers all changes and enhancements that may be imposed by your trading partner.
