Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[09/28/2004] I went to Zoovy after trying several other products. I found their software to be even more than I asked for. Zoovy is fully integrated with eBay, Yahoo stores, Shopping.com, Bizrate, and AOL shopping. Using Zoovy I have been able to get more exposure and more sales. The QuickBooks integration works great but it helps to get one on one training to get it initially configured and set up. Overall we are extremely happy with Zoovy support and there product is the best we have seen.

[08/01/2003] Hard and time taking to setup. Lots of features. At even gold level for $150.00 a month you get between 1000 to 5000 products limit. It’s set to be used for one user only. It’s good for someone who has a company with 3 to 4 thousand item number that does not have employees. There is one user so if you give your user name to anybody that does not know what to do. He can destroy your website without knowing. To move to enterprise level that has capability for more users at extra cost you talking $310.00 but they quote you minimum of $599.00 a month or more. Everything has extra charge. Technical support is at $80.00 an hour. If you use the email support you don’t get any result before call to your salesmen to get you an answer. Lots of features but without a live help difficult to figure it out. Great search features for customers. Shopping cart is very customer friendly. Lots of flexibility. Lots of promise to get your account then is open your valet policy takes over. It’s slow unless you move to your own server at their place. It’s a great solution without any regard of cost. But definitely get many live technical support hours if you want to get it to do the right things for you.
