[12/16/2004]  We have found transferring hours from Count Me In to QuickBooks is very simple and relatively quick. Before using Count Me In we were keeping track of all clocks with time cards that had to be counted at weeks end. Count Me In has greatly reduced the time spent on this task. We began using QuickBooks only a few weeks before implementing Count Me In, however, we found that the marrying of the two softwares has been an excellent time saver and reduces user error. Whenever we have difficulty the support team at Count Me In is very courteous and helpful. Overall, our experience with Count Me In has been good.

[11/01/2003]  Two months ago, I purchased Count Me In software and fingerprint scanner. I have 11 employees I manage with the system. Based on my experience, this system was well worth the investment. Raves: +The export to QuickBooks Pro functions perfectly. +Reduced the time it takes me to do payroll by 75%!!! +Absolutely accurate. Rants: -This system has difficulty recognizing some employee’s fingerprints--especially if they just washed their hands. -Software does not support paying for short breaks or deducting them, if the break is over a specified time limit (MT Wage Law). I have to manually edit breaks. Overall, I'm very pleased. I recommend running your current system and Count Me In for one month while you and your employees learn to use Count Me In. Once you've got it figured out, you'll wonder why you waited so long.

Saves us Time AND Keeps the Employees Honest

[05/21/2003]  We are a commercial warehouse and transportation company, who has 25 employees working three shifts. We wanted a system that would eliminate the hand written time sheets kept by employees, as well as one that would interface with QuickBooks Pro 2002. The bridge that is included with Count Me In makes it very simple to import the time into QuickBooks. All we have to do is review the time and print the checks. In the past we had to manually enter each days time for each employee. It has cut our payroll process from six hours to less than two hours and the chance for error is almost nonexistent. The technicians at Count Me In have been very helpful with the few questions we did have while loading the program on our system and getting it set up. Any further problems we did experience were corrected promptly with a patch. We thought we would probably have to buy a new computer just to run Count Me In, but we loaded it on an older computer we already had and it runs surprisingly well. We are very satisfied with the system and highly recommend it.

Huge Time Savings

Overall Rating:

[05/20/2003]  We have been very happy with the product and the overall reduction in time and errors. Previously, we relied on written timesheets which ironically always matched the person's scheduled shifts. Now, we chuckle at how many people fall far short of their previous hours.

Additionally, the bridge makes the time data input a breeze. Once it's set up, it's just a matter of importing, reviewing, and printing the checks.

The company has been good to work with and responsive to the occasional bug that may arise. They have been very prompt in emailing patches and / or technical help.

[05/09/2003]  We have purchased systems for a back office environment. We have had issues with the employee that is clocking out actually clocking in the previous employee. The sensor provided does not recognize five of our employees. They have to be entered manually. The system does not always work right when we have people clocking out or in and we lose productivity waiting for the computer to correct the problem. In short I could not recommend someone to buy this product.

The Logical and Easy Proof
mosheder@aol.com
Overall Rating:

[08/20/2002]  I have installed “Count Me In fingerprint” at two of my clients -- a dentist and a modeling agency. One has 10 employees the other 8. Both have asked me to help them find an inexpensive and efficient time record system to improve on their payroll preparation process. Both maintained a manual sign on/off daily sheet, which was summarized every two (2) weeks for the payroll process and later input into QuickBooks. The payroll summary process took up to 6 hours every two weeks. Further, one client suspected that some employees were “padding” the hours. After installation of “Count Me In fingerprint” and initial staff training of approximately 2 hours, the payroll process became a “child’s play” -- it took approximately under 30 minutes to complete and the total hours per employee were reduced. Both clients saved on time and money paid to add up hours and verify accuracy and completely eliminated the risk of “cheating” on hours. Both admitted they would have paid double and even quadruple of what they paid.

Count Me In

Overall Rating:

[08/07/2002]  We are a small office with about 15 full time/part time employees. It was becoming very difficult to track all of the hours, until we purchased Count Me In. We had tried various time clocks and devices to track employees. With employees coming and going at different times this was the most efficient and cost effective tool we have ever purchased in our office. It is quite a bonus for the person who does the payroll with the advantage of direct importing into QuickBooks Pro. It makes the compiling and verifying hours to a very minimal amount of time. The employees actually like the sensor (recording device) as it is very fast and easy for them to use. We are 100 % satisfied with Count Me In.

[08/06/2002]  We have gone thru employee numbers, passwords, voice recognition, and finally Count Me In. Count Me In is far superior to all we have tried and is easy to use by employee and accounting dept. We have approx. 30-40 employees at times and find this is the easiest program to deal with. Employees can't punch in for each other. It ALWAYS works. Haven't had a bit of trouble since we put it in. I have recommended this program to several of my friends already and will continue to do so. Support at the beginning was very patient and didn't take too long to set up and have employees adjust. No more complaining employees about their time and no more hand written time sheets when the program doesn't work. We LOVE it and it's made us have 1 less thing to worry about.

Employee payroll simplified
Paul Popcorn
Overall Rating:

[07/29/2002]  We had a problem reconciling employee payroll time sheets. This program cut the time down from 4 hours to less than 30 minutes. In addition, the accuracy was greatly improved an fewer errors. When we first set up the program, we had only 1 employee that was a problem for the scanner, we changed to a different finger scan and have not had a problem since. I think there could be additional reports that would be helpful but overall, it is a great for us and our 35 employees. I have already recommended this product to associates.

Science Fiction NOW!

[07/12/2002]  Always wondered if we really would use fingerprint or retina scanning for identification in everyday life? Well, stop wondering! CountMeIn has brought the benefits of this next generation technology to business owners now. CountMeIn relies on a simple USB fingerprint scanner which is linked to their highly usable software. Up until now, it was easy for staff to have each other clock in or out for each other. Give them your number, your card, or whatever was necessary. Not with CountMeIn, unless someone is willing to part with a digit! CountMeIn handles scheduling and the production of a printed version which can be posted and distributed. It handles multiple staff types, and makes reconciling VERY easy. The software is robust and, more importantly, when there is a problem the developers are very ready to come to the rescue. The link to QuickBooks 2002 is seamless once you get it set up right and makes processing a payroll for 20 people a matter of ten minutes or less.

Works great with QuickBooks Premier Payroll
countmein@azgresearch.com
Overall Rating:

[06/25/2002]  Count Me In was very easy to install. Easy to set up. Easy to "train" the system. Very simple to use. Very good performance. Live technical support is available if needed. Excellent "help" file contains extensive documentation (which is not included in the box but is easily printed out from within the program.) Bridge to QuickBooks Premier Payroll is simple and easy to use. Excellent value for the money compared with other PC based and stand alone time clocks and badge systems. No expensive and high maintenance badges to deal with. No employee hassles of forgetting or loosing badges. No buddy punching. Just use a finger and you’re done. Wonderful product. I would highly recommend Count Me In.

Better Than ADP E-Time!!
Veterinarian
Overall Rating:

[06/19/2002]  I was skeptical at first but I am now a believer. I run a couple of Veterinary Hospitals and this piece worked wonderful. We had previously been using E-time and the ADP payroll system but they kept increasing the price. Installation of the product was very straight forward and easy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone and don't think that because it's "High Tech" and inexpensive it wont work. Because I can testify it does.

Attendance control unmatched anywhere!
admin@hilltopdaycarecentreinc.com
Overall Rating:

[03/29/2002]  We are a Child Care Centre in Toronto, Canada. We have cared for children and their needs since 1958. Since we are open to the public from 7am to 6pm (and sometimes longer) we had a great need for attendance control for our staff. Simple punchcards were considered, but the opportunity to "buddy punch" was an issue that needed to be addressed. So we needed a reliable system to make sure the staff came in on time and had breaks and lunh without time abuse. Then Countmein was discovered as an available passive, non-invasive time management tools to ensure to correct arrival and depature time of our staff. (we set it to an Atomic Clock for accuracy to within seconds) To further add to the ease and simplicity to interface with QuickBooks 2002pro payroll features, this tool is excellent to ensure all staff come in at their scheduled time and end staff from complaining about the late arrival/early departure of another. Access to the building is another feature that we look forward to establishing in the future as we will be able to accurately assess legitimate responsible individuals authorized by the parent to pick up his/her child. I would rate this product support 5 star, ease of operation 5, attendance performance enhancement 5. Any business will save dramatically on staff attendance and environment safety.
