Very poor quailty

[04/06/2011] The hardware looks nice out of box but you will soon find out that it will break on you in the worst times. Ive sent three units back over a course of a year. Support a yearly cost even if you just want to down load the software you already own. Do not waist your time with this company or its flaky software. Its over priced and badly supported.
