Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[08/31/2007] Nice program, nice people. I was surprised to find out after purchase that to transfer the program to another computer requires that you contact the developer for a new activation code. I would hate that my order entry come to a standstill if my computer crashed and the developer vanished. I was informed that I could pay for another license for a different computer as a backup. Or, install another demo and have 15 days to contact the developer (assuming you have never installed it on that computer, in which case it cannot load the demo.) Seems a bit heavy handed on the anti piracy precaution at the customer's potential expense. Especially for a program that is so specific that it is unlikely to get passed around.
