Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/12/2012] If you purchase anything from Baus Systems, LLC, be sure to thoroughly test it before purchasing. I purchased the software based on talking with John the sales rep...only to find that it did NOT work smoothly at all. VERY slow, crashes A LOT and extrememly limited. I found it completely over-priced for what it does.

[08/20/2010] Smartscan barcode translator has been a real asset in creating accurate invoices, purchase orders and inventory control. It makes our work much less tedious and more efficient for our small business.
We deal with a large number of inventory items and now by using SmartScan Barcode Translator in conjunction with Quickbooks it has simplified our daily entries in our accounting package. It also has allowed us to use Quickbooks as our point of sale program. The support team has been invaluable in assisting us to get our system functioning. Response time to any question was always immediate and made in a professional manner.
